The hospital, in Ngaoundal in Cameroun, has been recognized as a district hospital but still lacks some services, which they would like to start as soon as possible. The St. Giovanna Antida Hospital, built in 2006, is now taking its first steps and is gradually expanding offering services to a catchment area of about 110,000 people. It offers free services to the weakest segment of the population and in particular for orphans and disabled people.
