Expanded in 2014, the St. Agostina hospital welcomes around 260-280 patients from distant cities and villages every day and offers specialized services in many sectors, in particular maternity and pediatrics. It treats the poorest, the disabled, the blind, the orphans and AIDS patients free of charge and also offers moral and spiritual support to many young women who often find themselves mothers, abandoned, jobless and without dignity.
