The project was born from the need to respond to the serious emergency that arose in Syria with the 2011 conflict, which is still ongoing. The Sisters of Charity have chosen to remain close to the people: families destroyed, others on the run, others in misery needed first aid and also moral and psychological accompaniment. The children, injured in body and above all in spirit, were welcomed into emergency rooms to be able to hope for a future that would otherwise be difficult to think about.
